Give that final push to make Mumbai vote!

The polling day for Mumbai (Apr 30) is approaching, and we need to give that one final push to ensure that citizens of Mumbai go out and vote like never before!

Jennifer, I urge you to register as a Booth Level Volunteer (BLV) and spend one day in your community (i.e. polling booth region) conducting door-to-door drives
urging fellow voters to go out and vote in an informed manner. Just one day… 6 to 8 hrs and you could impact upto 200 - 250 voters!

Information on candidates as well as details about registering as a BLV and conducting a community drive are available atwww.myobv.org.

To fully equip the BLVs about how to go about conducting a community drive, Janaagraha and AGNI have come together to conduct training sessions in Mumbai, on the following dates:

    24th April 2009 - 7.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
    Lake Castle Podium
    Behind Lake Castle Building
    Cliff Avenue, Near Reliance World
    Hiranandani Garden Complex
    Powai, Mumbai - 400 076

    25th April 2009 - 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
    Mount Carmel Hall
Next to St Aloysius School, Opp Leelavati Hospital,
    Bandra Reclamation, Mumbai - 400 050
Please circulate this information among your friends and colleagues!
